At this point, you need to know what alternatives you have if you are not going to be having sex. To generate alternative activities and behaviours, we use the following NLP chunking technique.

Drawing like the example in the diagram. You will start with the first word at the bottom, which is sex. Then you ask yourself, “What is the higher purpose of sex?” In our example, we have ‘fun’. Then we continue eliciting upwards to get a hierarchy. “What is the higher purpose of fun?” We get ‘happy’. The higher purpose of ‘happy’? ‘Good life’. The higher purpose of ‘good life’? ‘Meaningful’.

So now you can see what you are really seeking when you engage in sexual behaviour. But what you must ask yourself is… are there any other ways you can obtain the same states of mind by alternative activities and behaviours? The answer is “yes”!

To generate alternative activities and behaviours, you go to each keyword of your listed hierarchy and elicit downwards by asking yourself the question, “What else has ever given me fun besides sex?” And you get sports, games, and dating activities.

Then you go higher and ask, “What else has ever made me happy besides fun?” Good work done, a good meal, buying new tools and leisure reading.

Then go higher. “What else has ever given me a feeling of a good life besides being happy?” We have travel, a clean home, a breakfast and newspaper morning, and making money.

Then go highest, “What else has ever given me a meaningful life besides a good life?” Finishing reading a book. Being filial to parents. Mastering cooking. Helping a friend. And teaching my kids.

So if you brainstorm like this and keep the diagram in mind, you will have a full list of alternative activities and behaviours you will find can satisfy the deeper outcomes and states of mind you have for seeking sex.

And if you engage in these alternative activities and behaviours, it’s a healthier and better use of your time than seeking sexual pleasure. So generate your own chart and keep it in mind for when you need to counter the urge to seek sex out of boredom and a need for stimulation.

1. Use Breathing to pull the sexual imagery’s sexual energy out of the image and into your body chakra’s physical energies. Just see the image of yourself having sex and pull the energy out with your breath. Watch the image lose its colour and vitality as you suck its power away with your breath. 2. You might be the clientele of the prostitution industry. The ghost pimp does not want to let you leave the industry for fear of losing money.
There could be mother spirits trying to change you to another girlfriend or wife. So they give you sex addiction. First by masturbation, then by mind-controlling you to seek sex. Once you are caught by your girlfriend or wife and the relationship breaks, the mother spirits will introduce their competing daughter to you by a chance meeting. The one to lose out is your wife or girlfriend.

First, notice where you are now. This is your present self. Behind you, there is the past. In front of you, there is the future. Draw an imaginary line from the past, passing under your feet in the present, all the way to the future in front of you.
Use your imagination to step out of your body in the present moment and look at yourself. Look at your face and notice that you have dark eye bags and a look of exhaustion from all the sex. Notice that you aren’t having very good luck, and your progress in life is at a standstill.
All you have to do is put your hand forward and say, “No!” And send this lustful version of yourself down the timeline back into your past. You can see the image of yourself become dimmer and smaller as he is pushed into the past.
Now, turnaround and face the future. You can see a bright spot ahead of you, maybe one year into the future, when you have completely overcome sex addiction and the good luck and good actions are overflowing in your life.
Float forward to that bright spot in the future. Walk into the light and notice what it is like to be free of sex addiction and be truly successful. Look at all the good things that are happening in your life. Feel what it is like to enjoy every moment of your day, whether at work or play. No more bad habits. Only good things, good deeds, and good luck happen to you.
Notice where you feel happy in your body. Focus to lock on to these positive emotions. Now in your mind, you are going to travel back down the line, from the future to the present; bringing all that positive emotion from the future, back into your body in the present moment. In your mind, hold on to the positive emotions and float back to the present now.
Standing in the present moment, notice how your dark past is now behind you, and your bright future is ahead of you. And notice how you are carrying this bright spark of positive energy inside you. The force that can bring you all the way into a brighter future.
Every day you live your life, you know that you are taking another step forward as a transformed man. You are moving forward in life with a positive mindset and good habits that will bring you the ultimate rewards of a beautiful life.
