Have you heard the old saying: “Saints go to Heaven; Sinners go to Hell”?
Do you know it is possible to – by your misconduct, drop yourself into Hell?
And by your positive conduct – drive yourself up to Heaven?
What kind of things puts us in Hell?
What kind of actions gives us a place in Heaven?
It is basically: Sin versus Virtue.
If you do a lot of bad deeds, you are going to condemned by karma (fate) to live a life in Hell.
If you do a lot of good deeds, God and His Angels will notice you, and give you a place in Heaven.
“How the hell does karma work and why am I going to Hell?”
Karma measures your actions. A positive action done gives you the fate (karma) for a reward of equal magnitude in future. A negative action done, gives you the karma (fate) for a punishment of equal magnitude in future.
So every single thing you do… is measured. And after your short life on Earth, you will either be propelled up to Heaven, or damned down to Hell.
“So did I do a lot of evil?? I only enjoyed my life and bashed my enemies! What’s wrong with that?!”
It depends on whether you did all your actions based on sin or virtue. Sin means it is a demonic emotion sponsoring your actions – for example the Seven Deadly Sins:
| Deadly Sin | What it Means | Shadow Behavior |
| Pride | Arrogance, inflated ego. | “I’m better than you!” |
| Greed (Avarice) | Insatiable desire for material things. | “More. Mine. Now.” |
| Lust | Intense or uncontrolled sexual craving. | “I need big tits! I want a long schlong!” |
| Envy | Jealousy of others’ traits or possessions. | “How can these losers be rich and beautiful, but not me?” |
| Gluttony | Overindulgence in food, drink, or anything. | “Yum! Yum! I can’t stop!” |
| Wrath | Intense anger or rage. | “I will destroy you!!!” |
| Sloth | Laziness, apathy, spiritual indifference. | “I can do it later… maybe never.” |
These emotions stem from demonic evil and are markers of the devils. It indicates demonic presence. Allowing your action to stem from sin emotion, will create a bad deed that sponsors negative karma. The accumulation of which… will put you in Hell.
“Why should I be such a goody two shoes? Everyone likes sin and vice!”
Be a good boy, because good boys go to Heaven. To be a good boy or a good girl, you need to practice virtues – for example the Seven Heavenly Virtues:
| Virtue | What it Means | Opposes This Sin |
| Humility | Accurate self-worth, modesty. | Pride |
| Charity (Love) | Selfless giving, compassion. | Greed |
| Chastity | Respectful love, purity of intent. | Lust |
| Kindness | Generosity, admiration for others. | Envy |
| Temperance | Self-control, moderation. | Gluttony |
| Patience | Emotional calm, forgiveness. | Wrath |
| Diligence | Steady effort, purposefulness. | Sloth |
If you let your actions stem from virtue, you will do good deeds that produce good karma (good fate), that has the power to turn your life divine (wonderful and amazing) and guarantee you a place in Heaven.
So it depends on what emotion you allow to dwell in your gut, heart, and mind. Are you allowing the devil to control your feelings? Or are you allowing angelic qualities to imbue you?
When you have a true transformation of your soul and heart-mind from sin to virtue… you will no longer like vice activities; you will appreciate virtuous activities.
For example:
- Instead of seeing prostitutes, a man will appreciate seeing a sex addiction counsellor or joining SAA Sex Addicts Anonymous meetings. He will treasure chastity rather than lust.
- Instead of lashing out at her lousy husband in wrath, a wife learns to honour her man and talk to him with patience, love, and kindness. She will treasure supporting him to greatness rather than trashing his ego.
- Instead of eating like a pig (gluttony), a person will practise temperance, which is self-moderation and self-control when it comes to knowing how much to eat without overstuffing yourself.
Vice (Sin) and Their Opposing Virtues
| Vice (Lower Nature) | Virtue (Higher Nature) |
| Greed | Generosity |
| Wrath | Patience |
| Sloth | Diligence |
| Lust | Chastity / Respectful Love |
| Gluttony | Temperance |
| Envy | Kindness / Contentment |
| Pride | Humility |
So looking at this table above, you know every sin has its counter virtue. So if you feel yourself stuck in a sin emotion, stop and take a breather first – clear your heart and mind. Then consider what it is like if you were to act from virtue rather than vice.
For example:
From Greed: “I want them to pay me more money, so I overcharged them.”
To Generosity: “If I give value to my customers, they will appreciate my business and buy from me more often.”
From Wrath: “I’m going to kill my husband for sleeping with that bitch!”
To Patience: “I’m going to be the good wife my husband first married and talk with him calmly about his affair to see if we can rekindle the love we once had.”
From Lust: “I need that fucking hot slut! I’m going to suck her tits!”
To Chastity: “Nah no sex… I’m going to invite my wife out to dinner and treat her like a queen. Then we’ll make love.”
So you have to choose which one you want to be:
Saint (those who live righteously, virtuously, or in obedience to divine law) are rewarded with Heaven — a paradise; eternal union with God.
Sinner (those who disobey divine law, act immorally, or reject Redemption) are condemned to Hell — a place of punishment; separation from the Divine.
It depends on whether you act from virtue or vice (sin). It depends on whether you are imbued by the Holy Spirit; or you are possessed by devils.
Do your best to rid yourself of sin and practise virtue. That will be the best thing you can do everyday to transform your life into a living heaven and avoid hell.

P.S. “How can I be more morally powerful than Halabuth?”
Simple. Join a church to learn Christian values from the pastors and deacons. Every time you listen to a sermon, it contains the divine life lessons of The Bible. That is everything God wants you to know about becoming good and living a good life.
P.P.S Why be virtuous rather than sinful? Because at the end of life, there is Judgement Day.
